Start of Tenancy
We carry out most duties covered by our Tenant Find Service; additionally, we will check-in your tenant, collect the first months rent and manage the deposit under the TDS Scheme (see below).
During the Tenancy
We collect and forward the ongoing rent, address any statutory problems reported to us arising at the property and we arrange for work to be carried out.
End of Tenancy
We carry out the very important task of tenant check-out, inventory and property condition checking plus deposit dispute handling and tenants deposit return.
