This house purchase proved to be a very challenging elongated process, it was on, then off, then on again, but finally mainly due to the expertise of Matt's team the house purchase went through. I must extend our appreciation for the 'damn' hard work supplied by Sara the sales progressor who constantly chased and moved things forward, and also to the lovely Natilee who patiently spent time with us on different house viewings and was always there as a point of contact.. I must also mention the Branch Manager 'Matthew Bass' who seemingly knitted together the whole operation. in conclusion, I think this estate agent's professional operation shone through. We were very pleased indeed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services in the future.....

We had a viewing with Natalie. When we arrived Natalie was very welcoming, polite and professional. She had a vast knowledge of the property any thing she couldn't answer she found out and came back to us with the information. Natalie went above and beyond her duty to be helpful and managed at very short notice to take us back to the property for a second viewing on the same day as we had travelled quite a distance. Overall she was a true star.

I am selling at the lower end of the market and have been on the receiving end of the most professional reliable and prompt service that you could ever wish for. Such a contrast from my previous experience with a well known chain of of agents.
